Buying process

Reservation of an apartment
When booking, you will deposit CZK 150,000 plus VAT, which will then be deducted from the final purchase price.
Signing of the contract for the future purchase contract
Within 30 days of booking, we will enter into a contract of future purchase agreement with you on the basis of which you need to deposit 15% of the purchase price.
Completion of construction
We plan to complete construction work on the project in 3Q 2027.
Colaudation
Once the construction is completely finished, the approval will take place so that your new home is ready to be handed over.
Final payment
After the colaudation, the remaining part of the purchase price is paid.
Handover of the apartment
Posledním krokem je slavnostní předání klíčů. Od této chvíle si můžete užívat váš nový byt.
